The Centre for Social Justice (CSJ)

A London-based think tank that provided an incoming Conservative government led by Rt. Hon. David Cameron M.P. with a welfare reform policy platform. The think tank published Breakdown Britain in 2006, a portrait of the entrenched poverty experienced by too many in the U.K. Breakthrough Britain in 2007 provided policies to tackle root causes of poverty.

Enjoyed a pivotal role working closely with the Chairman Rt. Hon. Iain Duncan Smith M.P, and successive Executive Directors, in growing the team from 4 to 25 employees, plus 90 scholars and practitioners. Led on operations, HR, legal, Board and governance. Particularly enjoyed expanding the reach and impact of the Centre by building networks among non-profit leaders, cross-party and international think tanks, and corporate sponsors. Grew dissemination channels through events, media launches, regional roadshows, and digital.
