Chris Bullivant

Chris Bullivant is a British-American writer and strategist whose writing has been published in USA Today, The Washington Examiner, National Review, Deseret News, The American Conservative, UnHerd, The Emigre and other outlets. He is a former speech writer for a former U.K. Cabinet Minister as well as to a member of the House of Lords.

Chris Bullivant is currently the Director of Communications at the Institute for Family Studies, and formerly Director, and Senior Fellow, of the Social Capital Campaign, promoting social capital and the institutions that create it to opinion formers and audiences in D.C.

Previously, he led two London based think tanks. UK 2020 promoted a positive vision of a global U.K. outside of the European Union. The Centre for Social Justice took insights from small nonprofits successfully transforming their communities and shared them as part of policy platform for the incoming Conservative-led government.

Chris has lived in California where he established a youth non-profit, and Washington D.C., leading an innovative funding team for an international development NGO on K Street.

He is married to the writer Allie Bullivant, a New Yorker, who he met in DC. They live with their daughter in Charlottesville, VA.
